1. Source and destination

Enter source (old) and destination (new) IMAP host, user and password. You can pick a provider preset.

2. App passwords (Gmail / Outlook)

Account passwords often fail. Enable 2FA and create an app password for Gmail / Microsoft 365.

3. Test first

Use Connection test to verify both servers, then start the full migration.

4. License

For full migration enter the license key emailed after purchase. Trial mode is test-only.

5. During transfer

The job runs on the server. Close the tab if you need to; reopen this page in the same browser to see progress again. Stop anytime and resume incrementally.
